Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Sukeban Alley. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so please review our policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • All original packaging must be included.

  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase or order number.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Digital goods

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Mystery packs or blind bags

  • Hygienic items (e.g., opened cosmetics, earrings)

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before sending it back.


2. Restocking Fee

All approved returns (except damaged or incorrect items) are subject to a 10% restocking fee, deducted from the refund total.

This fee helps cover inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days with clear photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The packaging

  • Any damage to the parcel

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, with no restocking fee.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • The original $5 flat-rate shipping fee is non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.


5. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • The 10% restocking fee is deducted.

  • Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.


6. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.
If you want a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received.
Please contact your local carrier in these cases; we will assist where possible.


8. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they ship.
Once shipped, the order must go through the standard return process.
