Delivery Duties Paid (US Customers Only)

Duties and taxes are paid in advance on US customers' behalf to avoid delivery complications due to tariffs.  In some cases, orders will be included in a consolidated import to the US and distributed through domestic carriers.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
If there are any special order items or we’re experiencing high volume, processing may take up to 5 business days.

We ship via economical, reliable international services.

  • Typical delivery time is generally 5-10 business days, depending on destination and customs processes.

  • For select regions we may offer expedited shipping at an additional cost — please contact us for details if you’d like faster delivery.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Please note international shipments outside of the US and Japan may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs processing fees, or other charges, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges vary by country and are beyond our control.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete (include apartment/unit numbers, postal/ZIP code, country name, etc.). If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment and additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

While we take care to pack items securely, we cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by international carriers, customs clearance, or the destination country’s postal system.
If your parcel is marked delivered but you have not received it, please let us know and we’ll assist you in investigating with the carrier.
